14 DAY RETURN AND EXCHANGE

At ContactsDaily, we guarantee the quality of our contact lenses 100%! If you are not happy with your purchase, simply contact us for a return or replacement. Customers are eligible for a return within 14 business days. All returns must be in full packaging and in good original condition. For contact lenses, security tags must be in place. Kindly email us at help@contactsdaily.com to let us know how we can help.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We are happy to cancel any orders that has not yet dispatched. If you realize that you’ve ordered something in error and would like to amend or cancel it, please contact our customer service team immediately at help@contactsdaily.com, we’ll be glad to help.

Refund Policy

ContactsDaily.com guarantees that all our contact lenses are factory sealed and free of defects. We accept refund and exchange within 14 working days. Return charges to be borne by customer and customer is required to send the product back to us with full packaging and un-opened boxed. We do not accept returns for products which are broken or delivered incorrectly. There will also be a 10% admin fee + HKD$50 charges for both return and refund. All refunds will take up to 3 working days to be refunded to your account.

For report lost of parcel or parcel not received must be made within 7 days after received order completion email from us.
